Production time depends on several factors (quantities ordered, type
of imprinting, location of production plant, etc). Production time begins
once artwork is approved and method of payment is selected.
Customer will be advised of production time at the time of order.

When applicable, Artistic Designs will charge for shipping on your order.
Shipping charges are for shipment from the factory.

Set-up and artwork charges are incurred in the production of your order.
These charges are to prepare screens, dies, printing machines or any other
process that imprints your order. These charges are usually one-time charges.
There are no set-up or artwork charges on exact reorders on most items.

Any color, other than standard imprint and item colors, will be subject
to custom color charges. Minimum quantities may apply.

Some items may be purchased at quantities less than the suggested
minimum quantity. Such purchases will incur an additional charge for
production set-up. Due to strict quality control, any custom produced item
is subject to overrun or underrun. The overruns and underruns can range
from 5% to 10% of the amount ordered. You will be charged for total amount
received. We will always make every effort to ship exact amount.

Some of items are available at a reduced production time. Such are
orders are subject to additional charges to accommodate you needs.

Any other charges not explained above, will be explained when/before
charges become applicable.
